Mrs. Latture has a B.S.E. in Speech Pathology from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Before starting a family, she worked as a Speech Pathologist with very young children who experienced developmental delays. She has many passions and joys in life that always keep her busy and on the move! In addition to teaching at CrossPointe, Mrs. Latture and her family run and operate Freckle Face Farm—an all-natural working farm in McRae, Arkansas. Mrs. Latture and her husband, Mitchell, began homeschooling their seven incredible children 15 years ago. CrossPointe has made a hugely positive impact on Mrs. Latture and family’s lives—dating back to CrossPointe’s origins in 2009. Mrs. Latture began teaching kindergarten at CPP in 2011 and currently holds a seat on CrossPointe’s board as well. Jami’s favorite memory at CrossPointe would have to be when Mrs. Erin Polk got selected for the school’s annual fundraiser—Pie in the Face. Another favorite memory was when she got to chaperone for CPP’s 2013 senior class cruise trip, which carried them across four different countries! In her spare time, Mrs. Latture enjoys reading, meditation, and yoga. Namaste!
